BEESA Boxsmart

BOXSMART is designed to assist Qualifying Small Enterprises (QSEs- companies with an annual turnover between R5 � R35 million) secure an annual BEE Certificate. BOXSMART can be used by all owners and managers of businesses, regardless of their current BEE knowledge.

BOXSMART provides information on everything from the basics of BEE through to advanced BEE practices and useful advice given by professionals. BOXSMART is backed-up by email access to BEE professionals who can assist you to maximise your BEE score.

BEE Institute

The BEE institute provides a platform that promotes networking amongst BEE practitioners and provides resources and best practice guidance. The BEE Institute is a members organisation that supports the needs of it membership

The BEE institute provides BEE training form basic to advanced as well as many other value adds to its membership. These include : webinars; handbooks; hotel and car rental benefits; best practice notes and e-learning.

CGF Research Institute (Pty) Limited

CGF, established in 2004, specialises in conducting desk-top research on Corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) related matters. CGF has developed a Corporate Governance Framework Body of Knowledge comprising feature reports that cover many aspects spanning a broad range of governance, risk and compliance issues which we make available to organisations on a subscription basis. Exempt

Exempt offers clients the ability to get an exempted micro enterprise BEE certificate. It is currently the most cost-effective option on the market and helps small businesses take advantage of BEE.

Exempt certificates are issued by Exempt based on information provided by accounting officers and thus comply with paragraph 4 of statement 000 of the codes of Good Practice for BEE.
