Education Requirements

• Diploma or higher

• Grade 12

Experience

5+ years in Employment Equity consulting/implementation

Sound Working Knowledge

- Excellent presentation skills

- Ability to communicate with stakeholders across all organizational levels

- Experience in developing training material

Competency & Skills

- In-depth knowledge of the Employment Equity Act (EEA) and its amendments

- Solid understanding of the Skills Development Act and B-BBEE

- Experience in Employment Equity Plan development and facilitation

- Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills

- Advanced analytical, strategic thinking, and communication abilities

- Computer literate
