MABUZA URGES GOVERNMENT TO SUPPORT SMMES

POLOKWANE – The African National Congress (ANC) deputy president David Mabuza says for the economy to grow small, medium and micro enterprises (SMMEs) should be supported.
He says in supporting them, they will grow to bring more jobs, which will in turn have more tax flows for the country.

Mabuza was speaking at the party’s 106th birthday celebration in Limpopo on Sunday.
The governing party’s deputy president has told the ANC deployees to government who were attending the event that they should pay SMMEs on time.
“In order to create jobs, you must grow this economy.”
He has also asked the scores present here at the Ephraim Mogale Stadium in Modimolle that they too should support SMMs.
“What I can tell you is that you need one another. You must co-exist.”
Mabuza has warned branch leaders not to only be in touch with communities before elections.
