Level: Practical training, guiding the delegate on how to develop an Employment Equity Plan and complete their Employment Equity Act Reports due for submission in January 2021.

Training Insight:

The Amended Employment Equity Act contains several concepts and templates which need to be completed in the implementation of Employment Equity. Changes in 2019 to the Income Differential Report ((EEA4) introduced additional requirements which are not straightforward. Different companies often apply the principles regarding reporting differently. Processes of reporting can often be more efficient, e.g. using the functionality of Excel better to simplify reporting.
