DURATION FOR REPLACEMENT YES EMPLOYEE CONTRACTS
Although all parties entering into a 12-month YES Employee contract do it with the best intentions, a YES Employee may drop out of the programme, which is by the nature of any employment.

If this happens before a YES Employee fulfils eight months of the contract, an organisation can replace the YES Employee. However, when replacing a YES Employee, an organisation must enter into a new 12-month employment contract and not just the remainder of the initial contract. For example:
o YES Employee 1 has a 12-month contract from 1st January until 31st December 2021, but drops out of the programme in June.
o YES Employee 2 replaces YES Employee 1 and begins work on 1st July 2021. The contract for this employee must run from 1st July 2021 to 30th June 2022.
Yes Services is available to troubleshoot any aspects of a member’s YES programme seamlessly.
