Only sixteen B-BBEE Rating Agencies out of the fifty-one that participated in the survey claimed to be 100% ‘Black’-owned, with only six being ‘Black’ Woman-owned .

The National Status and Trends on B-BBEE Report conducted by the B-BBEE Commission found that White males still dominate the boards of most of the B-BBEE Rating Agencies, having high exercisable Voting Rights, followed by ‘Black’ Women.
