EAST LONDON - The massive recall of cold meats, following an outbreak of listeria in South Africa has had a negative impact on the country’s thriving small business sector, which is the bread basket for millions of families particularly in the townships, Small Business Development Minister Lindiwe Zulu said on Thursday.
