Ramaphosa shared interventions that government is making to create opportunities for young people and to assist them in start-up businesses, such as the Youth Employment Services (YES) Network.

The network aims to assist young people between the ages of 18 and 35 to join the working world by providing incentives to private businesses to employ young people.

YES is a unique collaboration between government, labour, civil society and the youth and represents a benchmark in fresh, bold responses to the country’s unemployment crisis.
