Our Story
The BEE Chamber was established by BEESA Group and has become South Africa’s largest BEE Practitioner membership organisation. The BEE Chamber provides information, support, guidance, services and software to BEE Practitioners who are responsible for managing a company’s B-BBEE Scorecard. Members of the BEE Chamber benefit from the most up-to-date interpretation of the B-BBEE legislation and are able to optimise scorecard point claims at the same time as effectively managing the related Fronting Practice risk.
Our Evolution
BEE SA Consulting was incorporated to provide consulting services pertaining to the up coming Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment Act and Codes of Good Practice.
BEESA GROUP was established comprising a number of entities which offered an array of services relating to each element of the B-BBEE Scorecard.
BEESA became the largest B-BBEE solutions provider in South Africa with a permanent staff compliment in excess of 50 staff.
The BEE Chamber was established to provide information, support, guidance, services and software to BEE Practitioners in response to the introduction of the B-BBEE Commission and related interpretation and Fronting Practice risk.

Meet some of our dedicated team
Member experience is driven through support teams, specifically designed to affect each element of a B-BBEE Scorecard. Each service is lead and supported by a workforce of 50 exceptionally versed people to deliver credible solutions and interpretations that yield tangible results.
Andrew Bizzell
Director and Ownership Specialist
Andrew has a BSc in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University and is one of the founders of BEESA.
He is also the founder of the Institute of Enterprise Development, a non-profit solution to provide financial and non-financial support to qualifying enterprise development beneficiaries.
Yuneal Padayachy
Support Desk Executive
Yuneal previously served as the Accreditation Manager for the B-BBEE Programme at SANAS. Before taking up his role at SANAS, he played a critical part in the B-BBEE Policy Unit at the Department of Trade, Industry & Competition. He was responsible for drafting and developing B-BBEE Legislation for implementation and played a key role in establishing the Youth Employment Service (YES Initiative).
Kebalepile Matlhako
Transformation Specialist
Kebalepile holds an MBA and a Master of Business Administration (MBA-Majoring in Entrepreneurship). He is an accomplished, analytical and strategic transformation specialist with over 20 years’ professional in-the-field experience. His areas of expertise lie in problem-solving, strategy and programme development, stakeholder management, change management and B-BBEE compliance management.
Frik Boonzaaier
Senior Human Capital Specialist
Frik has a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Research Psychology. He has dedicated the past 17 years to assisting businesses in the management of their people. He is well positioned on the Senior BEESA Transformation Consulting Team as a Senior Human Capital Consultant.
Colleen
Member Experience Manager
Colleen has actively been in the B-BBEE compliance space since 2013. Coming from an EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) background, she has the industry experience of what Clients experience and the challenges’ they face.
Bridget
Head of Certificate Collection
Bridget She has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Human Resources Management and Marketing. She is responsible for all operations pertaining to collecting, validating, coordinating and quality control of collected B-BBEE Certificates as a Service Offering to BEE Chamber Members.
Reona
Service Desk Specialist
Reona Strydom is a Technical Specialist at the BEE Chamber and is recognised as a competent Technical Signatory. She holds a B.Com Degree in Tourism and Marketing Management. She is exceptionally versed in all areas of B-BBEE, from the B-BBEE Act to all published Codes of Good Practice, including all Peripheral legislation feeding it.
Ros
Bursaries Management Specialist
Ros offers a competent and thorough bursary management program with a background of many years of corporate experience and a natural flair in dealing with people at all levels. Ros liaises with Sponsors, Universities and students daily.
Pearl
YES & Learnerships Specialist
Pearl holds extensive knowledge about the implementation of the YES Programme and its rules. She has completed her Higher Certificate in Human Resource Management. Pearl has exposure in working with youth through her work at Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator NGO.
