The Legal Sector Charter Council recently published Guidance Notice 01 of 2025.

The purpose of this Guidance Notice is to provide information required on the measurement of the Legal B-BBEE Sector Codes of Practice. This information for B-BBEE Verification purposes is in addition to physical interviews conducted.
