GOVERNANCE ORIENTATION
AND WORKPLACE INTEGRATION PROGRAMME
Two months. Three modules. Talent is everywhere. Opportunity isn't. GOWIP closes that gap, turning unemployed graduates into workplace-ready professionals.
An SED investment should do more than satisfy a requirement.
The Governance Orientation and Workplace Integration Programme (GOWIP) helps organisations support their SED objectives while giving unemployed young people the practical preparation they need to move closer to meaningful employment.
It is a credible way to turn a corporate commitment into an opportunity that can genuinely change someone's future.

Participants learn how to communicate professionally, contribute to a team, solve problems and understand how organisations turn their objectives into measurable results.
