The rule of thumb in claiming B-BBEE points is to follow the money directly to the end Beneficiary. Therefore, incorporating a third party between an organisation and a Beneficiary will not warrant a claim. The valid B-BBEE credentials of the end Beneficiary will be needed in order to validate the claim as well as confirmation from the end Beneficiary that the benefit has flowed to them.
