GOVERNANCE ORIENTATION
AND WORKPLACE INTEGRATION PROGRAMME
Experience shouldn't be the price of entry. GOWIP gives unemployed graduates two months of structured, practical workplace preparation across three connected modules.
A stronger start for your future
Starting your career can be difficult when employers expect experience before you have had the opportunity to gain it.
GOWIP helps bridge that gap. The programme builds on what you already know and shows you how to apply it in a professional environment.
It is an opportunity to grow your confidence, discover what you are capable of and prepare yourself for the workplace.
Preparing you for the Workplace
The programme takes you through three connected areas of development: workplace integration, practical management skills and operational governance.
You will learn how to communicate professionally, contribute to a team, manage your time, solve problems and understand how organisations turn their goals into results.
Your learning journey
