The BEE Chamber provides the support necessary to ensure that BEE Professionals perform effectively with confidence as subject matter experts.
The YES Initiative is a quality on the Job Work Experience Programme that gives unemployed Black South African Youth an opportunity to gain experience by working in an professional environment over a 12-month period.
Companies who are currently implementing the YES Initiative, with the objective to enhance their BEE Certificate rating do not have sufficient space to host the Youth within their company structure. Therefore, they are seeking alternative host employers who are willing to offer the Youth a quality on the job work experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Identify a position within your company where you require capacity to host.

Appoint a dedicated supervisor, to monitor and support the YES youth through their 12-month quality work experience.

Have a min headcount of 15 employees
